Lamborghini Urraco, Part 4: Into the Paint Shop
Condividi
This is Part 4 of our Lamborghini Urraco restoration series. Missed Part 3? Read about the new metal.
With the metalwork finished, the shell moved to the paint shop.

Primer
The shell went into primer, followed by a guide coat (the coloured dust you can see in the photos) and block sanding, again and again, until every panel was straight.

The door and the engine lid were done separately.

The final stage
Another round of primer and guide coat, and more sanding, to get the surface perfect before colour.

Where we are now
This is where the car stands today: in the final stage at the paint shop, waiting for its colour. We'll add the next part as soon as it's done, so check back for updates.
