Your legal rights
When you buy from us as a consumer, you have legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described. These rights apply to used and rebuilt parts too, judged according to the part's age, description and price. Our Return and Refund Policy explains these rights in full. Nothing on this page reduces them.
Used parts: 30-day return
All used parts can be returned within 30 days of delivery, for any reason, as set out in our Return and Refund Policy.
If a used part turns out to be faulty within those 30 days, you get a full refund of the item price and the original delivery charge, and we cover the return postage.
After 30 days
If a fault appears after 30 days that was already present when the part was delivered, your legal rights still apply. We will repair or replace the part, or, if that isn't possible, give you a refund of the item price and the original delivery charge. We cover the return postage.
We cover the cost of the part only. Labour costs for fitting or removal are not covered, except where the law requires us to.

The Hobby has started with an inherited 944, soon after it turned into a Passion. During the years quite a few Projects ended up in our Garage and we always needed Parts, sometimes rare Parts which were hard to find. We are sure it is not only our Problem in this Community so we will try to help. We always have Cars what we are breaking, if you can't find the correct Parts feel free to get in touch, we still might have them.
