If your vehicle resonates several times while driving on uneven road surfaces or when pressed down while stationary, the shock absorbers could have a defect and should be replaced. Creaking and squeaking noises are also an indication of this. Here you get high-quality replacement of the brand Bilstein. In addition to the original replacement B4, you will also find sportier stiffer B6 and shortened B8 variants in our store. This shock absorber is suitable for the specified vehicles. Alternatively, we also carry a suitable shock absorber from the company Sachs in the program.

Already in 1873, August Bilstein founded the company AUBI in Ennepetal and began in 1954 with the development and automotive supply of monotube gas pressure shock absorbers. Shortly thereafter, production began as an original equipment manufacturer for high-end carmakers. After the takeover of Krupp Stahl AG in 1991 and the merger with Thyssen in 1997, the company was renamed ThyssenKrupp Bilstein GmbH. In 1961, the company entered the racing business, equipping Porsche and Formula 1 racing cars in particular. Since then, Bilstein has stood for outstanding quality and offers various solution concepts for many premium manufacturers. Through constant improvement and innovation, it was possible to develop the DampTronic concept in cooperation with Porsche AG from 2004, which enabled the continuously variable adjustment of the damping system while driving.
