Aging power windows become sluggish and sometimes run in a stuttering manner. This is often due to the worn rollers that are clipped onto the ends of the cross arms. They are worn, sometimes seated tightly and then no longer roll on the lower edge of the window. In some cases, the rollers have also broken off completely. They are not available individually from Porsche and so there has been no alternative but to look for a slightly better, used, but still expensive window regulator. With this set of three rollers one window regulator (left or right) can be renewed. The rollers are made of a durable thermoplastic material.
