The eccentric screws of the rear axle are damaged quickly times during the adjustment. With the wrong tool such as an open-end wrench or a cranked ring wrench, you quickly slip off the narrow wrench flats of the large eccentric. This handy box wrench is specifically designed for adjusting the axle centers on the Porsche 924, 944 and 968 rear axles. The tool fits perfectly on the eccentric due to its narrow and straight design. In addition, the simple ring wrench remains thereby also by itself on the wrench surface and slips during the adjustment work more difficult. You can thus better determine the position of the eccentric, measure, mark and align with the opposite side.
